- Paste inside root directory(for xampp xampp/htdocs, for wamp wamp/www, for lamp var/www/HTML)
- Open PHPMyAdmin (http://localhost/phpmyadmin)
- Create a database with the name dmsdb.
- Import dmsdb.sql file(given inside the zip package in the SQL file folder).
