Policy Summary

All purchases on FileMakr are for downloadable digital content (project reports, documentation, diagram packs, source code). Once delivered or downloaded, orders are non-refundable.

Digital Goods — All Sales Are Final

• No returns / cancellations: Because files are instantly accessible after purchase, we do not accept returns or cancellations.
• Academic use only: Items are licensed strictly for personal academic/educational use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Exceptions We’ll Fix

While refunds aren’t offered, we’ll promptly resolve the following:

• Corrupted or incomplete file: We’ll provide a working replacement download.
• Access issues: If a link fails or expires prematurely, we’ll re-issue access.
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same order, we’ll reverse the duplicate after verification.

Code Setup Support (Optional Add-On)

• Delivery window: Our team typically initiates setup within 24 hours of purchase.
• Scope: Installation, environment configuration, and running the project as provided. Custom features are not included.
• Non-refundable service: As expert time is allocated on booking, setup support fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

Delivery & Access

• Instant downloads: Most products are available immediately after payment.
• Link expiry: For security, some links may expire; please store files safely once downloaded.
• File formats: Reports may include DOC/PDF; source code includes folders, README, and sample data where applicable.

Coupons & Discounts

• Valid only at time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Discounted purchases are still non-refundable (digital goods).

• We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and provide support.
